The art of Muay Thai
The first time I was introduced to Muay Thai was way back when our kick boxing teacher took a liking to the art and decided to shift his training into that direction.
Muay Thai is a martial art, it it not a sport.
This is me a few years ago giving a Muay Thai presentation at an event. The kids wore intrigued to see how far you can grow in this art and did not realize we wore just pretending to fight.
In conclusion this is an art that anyone can start as it will teach you much more then just defending yourself.
